About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide care to clients in their homes in North Shore communities and surrounding towns. The role offers one-to-one client matches, consistent work, weekly pay, 24/7 clinical support, flexible scheduling, and competitive pay of $22–$24 per hour. Current openings are per diem. Caregivers assist clients with daily living, mobility, exercises, vital signs, medication assistance, and household tasks. Reliable transportation is needed because shifts may include errands such as grocery shopping. Applicants must hold a Home Health Aide Certificate or Certified Nursing Assistant License. Responsibilities

Assist clients with activities of daily living.
Support range-of-motion activities and exercises.
Assist with transfers and use mechanical lifting devices.
Check vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and respiration.
Perform home management tasks such as laundry, meal preparation, and bed making.
Assist clients with ambulation.
Provide medication assistance.
Run errands, including grocery shopping, when required by shifts.
