About The Position
Visiting Angels is seeking compassionate and dependable Caregivers to help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. The role provides meaningful companionship and support, including personal care, household assistance, medication reminders, errands, and transportation.
Requirements
- Be compassionate, reliable, and professional.
- Have a valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and active car insurance.
- Be able to pass a criminal background check.
- Be comfortable using a smartphone for clock-in and documentation.
Nice To Haves
- Experience caring for seniors or disabled adults.
- CNA/LNA certification.
- Dementia experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and conversation.
- Assist with personal care, including bathing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
- Perform light housekeeping and prepare meals.
- Provide medication reminders.
- Run errands and grocery shop.
- Provide transportation and accompany clients to appointments.
