About The Position

TheKey is hiring caregivers to provide one-to-one in-home assistance to aging adults in Palm Desert, the Coachella Valley, and surrounding communities. Caregivers support clients with personal care, light housekeeping, transportation, and companionship. The role offers pay of $18–$19.50 per hour, with full-time and part-time schedules available and hiring across all shifts. TheKey describes itself as the largest provider of private-pay in-home care for aging seniors in North America. The company says its local teams provide support to caregivers and offers paid training and career development opportunities. Applicants must complete timely and accurate positive fingerprint identification as a condition of employment. Responsibilities

Assist clients one-to-one with dressing, bathing, grooming, and meals.
Provide light housekeeping, including basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
Drive clients to appointments, run errands, and shop for groceries.
Provide companionship and social and emotional support through activities such as games and puzzles.
