About The Position
TheKey is hiring caregivers to provide one-on-one in-home care for aging adults in Palm Desert, the Coachella Valley, and surrounding communities. Caregivers assist clients with personal care, light housekeeping, transportation, and companionship. The role is offered full-time or part-time, with flexible schedules and multiple shifts available. TheKey describes itself as North America’s largest provider of private-pay in-home care for aging seniors and provides local caregiver support and career development opportunities. Applicants must undergo timely and accurate positive fingerprint identification as a condition of employment, in accordance with California law. If an applicant has been convicted of a non-exemptible crime, their conditional offer will be rescinded in compliance with applicable state and local laws.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Assist clients with dressing, bathing, grooming, and meals.
- Perform light housekeeping, including basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
- Drive clients to appointments and run errands, including grocery shopping.
- Provide companionship and social and emotional support through games, puzzles, or other activities.
