About The Position
Pomeroy Living Rochester Assisted is hiring Caregivers at its assisted living community in Rochester Hills, Michigan. The role involves supporting seniors with personal care, documenting resident care, maintaining a safe and clean community, and building supportive relationships with residents and families. Day, evening, and night shifts are available, with full-time and part-time opportunities.
Requirements
- Be reliable and compassionate, and work well as part of a team.
- Have strong communication skills.
- Be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

- Previous caregiving or healthcare experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist seniors with daily personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Document resident care.
- Help keep the community safe and clean.
- Build positive, supportive relationships with residents and families.
