About The Position
Pomeroy Living Rochester Assisted is hiring Caregivers at its Rochester Hills, Michigan community. Caregivers support seniors with personal care, document resident care, help maintain a safe and clean community, and build positive relationships with residents and families. Day, evening, and night shifts are available, with full-time and part-time positions.
Requirements
- Be reliable and compassionate, with strong communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Nice To Haves
- Previous caregiving or healthcare experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist seniors with daily personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Document resident care.
- Help keep the community safe and clean.
- Create positive, supportive relationships with residents and families.
