ComForCare Home Care is seeking compassionate, dependable Caregivers to provide one-on-one care for clients in Chelsea, Ann Arbor, MI and surrounding areas. Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must meet required background and eligibility screening requirements
- Reliable transportation to clients' homes
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and vehicle registration required for assignments involving client transportation
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable providing hands-on personal care
- Able to follow an individualized care plan
- Strong communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Previous caregiving experience preferred
- CNA or HHA experience is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Personal care, bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
- Mobility and transfer assistance
- Companionship and supervision
- Meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Medication reminders
- Errands and grocery shopping
- Transportation when authorized
- Observing and reporting changes in a client's condition
