About The Position

The Resident Care Associate (RCA) provides general, non-certified routine services in accordance with established procedures and as directed by supervisors. The role supports Assisted Living, AL Memory Care, and Independent Living residents.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• 0–1 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with housekeeping and laundry, including trash removal and making or changing unoccupied beds.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including hygiene care, incontinence assistance, bathing, and grooming.
• Assist with meal service, including transporting residents to and from the dining room, delivering trays, and supporting a positive dining experience.
• Answer residents’ call lights promptly.
• Frequently check on residents who are unable to call for help.
• Assist clinical staff in making residents comfortable, such as checking sitting position and providing hydration assistance.
• Assist with personal care responsibilities according to state regulatory guidelines.
