About The Position

The Resident Care Associate (RCA) provides general non-certified routine services according to established procedures and supervisor direction. The role supports Assisted Living, AL Memory Care, and Independent Living residents. Candidates with medication technician (Med Tech) experience are sought.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• 0–1 years of relevant experience preferred.

• Med Tech experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with housekeeping and laundry, including trash removal and making or changing unoccupied beds.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including hygiene care, incontinence assistance, bathing, and grooming.
• Assist with meal service, including transporting residents to and from the dining room, delivering trays, and supporting a positive dining experience.
• Respond promptly to residents’ call lights.
• Frequently check residents who are unable to call for help.
• Assist clinical staff in making residents comfortable, such as checking sitting position and providing hydration.
• Provide personal care in accordance with state regulatory guidelines.
