About The Position
Brightview Senior Living seeks a kind and compassionate Caregiver to provide personal care, assistance, support, and companionship to residents. The role involves helping residents with activities of daily living, observing changes in their condition and personal care needs to keep their Resident Care Plans up to date, and encouraging participation in community programs and activities. The listed pay range is USD $18.50–$21.25 per hour. Offers may vary based on experience, qualifications, location, community size, certifications, and training. Responsibilities
- Provide warm and engaging personal care services, assistance, support, and companionship.
- Engage and assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
- Observe changes in residents' day and personal care needs and update their personal Resident Care Plan.
- Encourage residents to participate in community programs and activities.
