Caregiver (CNA or CHHA) Memory Care
About The Position
Brightview Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to provide personal care, support, and companionship to residents in memory care. The role involves assisting residents with activities of daily living, noticing changes in their daily condition and care needs, and working with the Nurse to update their Resident Care Plans. Caregivers also encourage residents to participate in community programs and activities. The listed pay range is USD $20.75–$23.75 per hour; offers may take into account experience, qualifications, location, community size, certifications, and training.
Requirements
- Have a positive attitude and enjoy working with people.
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Nice To Haves
- Current state-required certification as a CNA, HHA, or CHHA.
- Medication Aide Certified.
Responsibilities
- Provide warm, engaging personal care services, support, and companionship.
- Engage and assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
- Observe changes in residents’ day and personal care needs and work with the Nurse to update their Resident Care Plan.
- Encourage resident participation in community programs and activities.
