About The Position

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Caregiver to provide hands-on support to residents and help promote their quality of life. The role focuses on building meaningful relationships while supporting residents’ safety, dignity, and independence. In Memory Care, the Caregiver creates enriching experiences for residents with memory loss. The position offers paid training and career growth opportunities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• CPR and First Aid certification, or the ability to obtain them.
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills.
• CHHA or CNA required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes.
• Promote residents’ safety, dignity, and independence.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
