Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Caring and compassionate, with an enjoyment of helping others.
• Willingness to learn new skills to best assist clients.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience or experience caring for a loved one.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in healthcare, home care, assisted living, independent living, home health, medical assistance, or nursing assistance.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and help clients participate in activities they enjoy.
• Help clients with daily tasks, including preparing meals, driving to appointments, and housekeeping.
• Assist clients with walking, dressing, bathing, and other personal care needs.
• Record activities completed or not completed with clients.
• Provide updates on clients’ physical condition, mental capacity, and behavior.
