About The Position

Madison Pointe Senior Living is seeking a PRN Caregiver for multiple shifts. The Caregiver supports residents with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, socialization, cognition, and physical health. The role encourages resident independence, supports resident choice, and preserves resident dignity through professional conduct and interactions.

Requirements

• Meet age requirements according to facility policy and state regulations.
• Demonstrate a positive customer service attitude, initiative, consistent attendance, effective communication, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Nice To Haves

• Prior direct care experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, socialization, cognition, and physical health.
• Encourage resident independence, support resident choice, and preserve resident dignity through professional conduct and interactions.
• Complete work with personal initiative and without constant supervision.
• Attend work as scheduled and address work-related problems with the proper individuals.
• Listen carefully, respond thoughtfully, and report information accurately and promptly to appropriate people.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident and staff information.
• Maintain a neat, clean appearance.
• Participate in designated facility in-services.
• Help new staff learn job tasks and responsibilities.
