About The Position

TheKey is hiring experienced caregivers to provide one-to-one in-home assistance to aging adults. Caregivers support clients with personal care, light housekeeping, transportation, and companionship. The role offers full-time and part-time opportunities across all shifts, with pay listed at $20–$23 per hour and a sign-on bonus program of up to $750. Caregivers must meet applicable state background-screening requirements and be eligible to work in the United States. Requirements

At least one year of professional caregiving experience.
At least 18 years of age.
California HCA registration, or the ability to obtain it upon hire, including meeting state background requirements.
Valid driver's license and access to a fully insured personal vehicle.
TB clearance or chest X-ray.
Must comply with applicable state background-screening requirements and be eligible to work in the United States.
In California, timely and accurate positive fingerprint identification is required as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

Assist clients one-to-one with dressing, bathing, grooming, and meals.
Perform light housekeeping, including basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
Drive clients to appointments and assist with errands and grocery shopping.
Provide companionship and social and emotional support through games, puzzles, and other activities.
