Caregiver Flexible Hours Weekday Day Shifts
About The Position
Home Helpers Home Care of Sarasota is seeking compassionate and dependable caregivers to provide personalized care to seniors in their homes in the Sarasota area. The role involves one-on-one client care and following individualized care plans. Many opportunities are during weekday daytime hours, with schedules depending on client needs; flexible full-time and part-time schedules are offered. Caregivers may assist clients with activities of daily living, personal care, companionship, meal preparation, transportation, shopping and errands, prescription pickup, telehealth visits, and light housekeeping. The position also includes communicating professionally with clients’ families and office staff. The employer offers initial and ongoing training, a supportive office team and work atmosphere, performance incentives, travel reimbursement, and career growth opportunities. Compensation is $17–$19 per hour.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
- Clean driving record.
- Access to a smartphone and email.
Nice To Haves
- Professional caregiving experience is preferred.
- Caregivers with or without CNA/HHA certification are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
