About The Position
TheKey is hiring experienced caregivers to support clients in St. Louis. Caregivers provide one-to-one assistance to clients in their homes, supporting personal care, companionship, mobility, transportation, and everyday household needs. The role offers full-time and part-time schedules, with shifts available during days, evenings, weekends, and overnights. TheKey describes its local teams as providing caregiver support while helping aging adults and building meaningful relationships with clients.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience.
- At least 18 years of age.
- HCA Registration with the State of California, including meeting state background requirements; TheKey can help obtain registration upon hire.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a fully insured personal vehicle.
- TB clearance or chest X-ray.
- Comply with state background screening requirements.
- Be eligible to work in the US.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with dressing, grooming, bathing, and meals.
- Provide companionship through social engagement, activities, and emotional support.
- Drive clients to appointments and run errands.
- Perform light housekeeping, including basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
