About The Position
Provide in-home senior care to help older adults remain safe, comfortable, and independent. Available schedule options include day, evening, overnight, and weekend hours. Requirements
- Previous experience as a caregiver, home health aide, PCA, or CNA is preferred.
- Current CPR/First Aid certification, or willingness to earn it soon.
- Confidence with housekeeping, meal preparation, and safe transfer techniques.
- Clear, compassionate communication and respect for client privacy.
- Ability to assist with transfers or lift up to 50 pounds when needed.
- Patience, reliability, and eagerness to help clients.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience as a caregiver, home health aide, PCA, or CNA.
Responsibilities
- Support bathing, dressing, grooming, and safe mobility.
- Prepare simple, nutritious meals and keep clients’ living spaces clean and organized.
- Provide timely medication reminders and track basic health cues.
- Provide companionship through conversation, games, walks, and accompanying clients on errands or appointments.
- Assist with stretches or physical-therapy routines as directed by professionals.
