About The Position

The Caregiver provides in-home support to older adults, helping them remain safe, comfortable, and independent. The role includes personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication reminders, wellness observation, companionship, errands and appointments, and support with light exercise as directed by professionals. Requirements

• Current CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to earn it soon.
• Confidence with housekeeping, meal preparation, and safe transfer techniques.
• Clear, compassionate communication and respect for client privacy.
• Ability to assist with transfers or lift up to 50 lbs when needed.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience as a Caregiver, Home Health Aide, PCA, or CNA.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and safe mobility.
• Prepare simple, nutritious meals and keep living spaces clean and organized.
• Provide timely medication reminders and track basic health cues.
• Provide companionship through conversation, games, walks, errands, and appointments.
• Assist with stretches or physical-therapy routines as directed by professionals.
