Caregiver (Flexible/Float)

About The Position

Sevita is hiring a Caregiver to provide support across three homes in Crookston and run errands to pick up supplies. The position requires flexibility to work any of three shifts according to the homes’ needs: 7 a.m.–3 p.m., 3 p.m.–11 p.m., or overnight from 11 p.m.–8 a.m. Caregivers help people grow, learn, and live well by building meaningful relationships, supporting participation in community and favorite activities, and assisting with developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition. The role also involves helping with personal hygiene and supporting individuals who may have behavioral challenges and other complex needs.

Requirements

Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination is preferred.
Communication, adaptability, multitasking, teamwork, and time-management skills.
Patient, compassionate, reliable, and responsible demeanor.
Valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
Ability to work all three shifts based on the needs of the homes: 7 a.m.–3 p.m., 3 p.m.–11 p.m., and 11 p.m.–8 a.m.
