About The Position

Sevita is hiring a full-time flexible/float adult caregiver. Hours vary based on the needs of the home. The caregiver supports people with developmental goals and helps them grow, learn, and live well. The role includes building meaningful relationships, supporting community participation and favorite activities, and assisting with personal hygiene. Caregivers may support individuals with behavioral challenges and other complex needs.

Requirements

• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination is preferred.
• Communication, adaptability, multitasking, teamwork, and time-management skills.
• Patient, compassionate, reliable, and responsible.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
