About The Position
Right at Home is seeking a compassionate and dependable Caregiver to help seniors and vulnerable adults live safely, comfortably, and independently in their own homes. The role involves providing personal care, companionship, practical household assistance, and support with daily activities. Caregivers follow individual care plans, document care using a mobile app, and communicate with the office team. Training and ongoing support are provided. The position serves clients in Medford and throughout Oregon's Rogue Valley.
Requirements
- Successfully pass a background check.
- Have reliable transportation and a valid ID.
- Be compassionate, reliable, and positive.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Be able to read, write, and speak English.
Nice To Haves
- Previous caregiving, CNA, PCA, HHA, or companion care experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support.
- Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
- Provide medication reminders.
- Assist with mobility and transportation.
- Help maintain a safe, comfortable, and supportive home environment.
- Follow individual care plans and accurately document daily care notes using a mobile app.
- Communicate effectively with the office team.
