About The Position

Assisting Hands Littleton is seeking compassionate, reliable caregivers for flexible weekend PRN/as-needed work supporting clients in their homes in Littleton, Lakewood, Highlands Ranch, and nearby areas. Shifts range from 1–6 hours and may include last-minute coverage. Hours may begin slowly but can grow based on caregiver availability, reliability, and client needs; the role may develop into consistent weekend hours or part-time work. Client support is provided seven days a week between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM.

Caregivers help clients with personal care and daily routines, companionship, light housekeeping, simple meal preparation, transportation, medication reminders, and safety support. The goal is to help clients remain comfortable, safe, and independent at home. The position offers flexible scheduling, training, ongoing support, paid travel time, mileage reimbursement, sick pay, and opportunities to grow with the team.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of caregiving experience in in-home care or a facility.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance.
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• Three professional references.
• TB test within 30 days of hire.
• Kind heart, positive attitude, and dependable nature.
• Availability for weekend shifts and, when possible, short-notice coverage.

Responsibilities
