About The Position

Executive Home Care of North County is seeking a compassionate and dependable caregiver to provide quality care and make a positive impact on the lives of others. The role offers flexible scheduling, opportunities for additional hours, and training and guidance. Candidates should have strong communication and interpersonal skills and be able to work independently.

An attendance bonus opportunity is available for caregivers who arrive on time and maintain perfect attendance during their first three shifts.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must successfully pass a background check as a condition of employment.
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable, with a genuine desire to help others.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and provide quality care.

Nice To Haves

• Previous caregiving experience or a similar background preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
