Caregiver - Carlisle, PA (Potential 7-day shift | Flexible Shifts)
About The Position
Visiting Angels is hiring a caregiver in Carlisle, Pennsylvania, to help seniors remain safe and comfortable in their homes. Caregivers may build steady hours, often working with one or two consistent clients. The schedule is every other weekend, with a potential seven-day shift from Monday through Sunday. Shifts are split between mornings and evenings, and caregivers may choose shifts or take all available shifts. Morning shifts run from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Evening shifts run from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM, or 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Additional weekday and weekend shifts may be available. The role is part-time, with the potential for more hours if desired.
Requirements
- At least 6 months of hands-on personal care experience.
- At least 6 months of bathing and toileting experience.
- Family caregiving experience is accepted.
- Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and car insurance.
- Willingness to undergo a criminal background check.
Responsibilities
