About The Position

Senior Resource Group is seeking dedicated, passionate caregivers to work in its assisted living community, La Vida Real. The role involves caring for and working with adults. The employer will train candidates who have a heart for serving others. The anticipated wage range is $19.00–$20.00 per hour. The schedule includes AM and PM shifts on a 5-2 rotation.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong work ethic.
• Teamwork skills.

Nice To Haves

• Caregiving experience is welcomed but not required.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and kindly to residents’ needs.
• Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility.
• Transport residents as needed, including assisting them into and out of beds and wheelchairs.
• Listen to residents’ stories.
• Work with the care team to provide the best possible care and environment.
