About The Position

Overture Home Care is hiring compassionate Caregivers to provide exceptional in-home care in the Granbury area. The position offers 4-hour or 12-hour shifts and may involve a variety of cases, including RN-delegated care, on-call positions, memory care, and hospice. Caregivers assist clients with daily living, mobility, companionship, household tasks, health-related changes, appointments, and advanced care as instructed by the nursing team.

Requirements

• Valid I-9 documentation.
• Ability to pass an extensive background check.

Nice To Haves

• At least 1 year of CNA experience is preferred.
• A CNA or comparable license is associated with a higher starting pay rate.
• COVID-19 vaccination is recommended.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Assist with transfers using proper body mechanics, gait belts, and Hoyer lifts.
• Provide companionship and engage clients in social activities.
• Perform general housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Respond to emergencies and report changes in the client's health.
• Transport clients to appointments.
• Offer advanced care as instructed by the nursing team.
