About The Position

Overture Home Care is hiring compassionate Caregivers to provide exceptional in-home care to clients in the Granbury area. Opportunities include 4-hour and 12-hour shifts, as well as RN-delegated cases, on-call positions, memory care, and hospice. Caregivers are paid weekly by direct deposit. Starting pay is $16.00 per hour on weekdays and $18.00 per hour on weekends; caregivers with a CNA or comparable license start at $16.50 per hour on weekdays and $18.50 per hour on weekends. The position offers health, dental, vision, and AFLAC coverage; referral and new-hire bonuses; paid vacation accrual from the first day for part-time and full-time employees; online training and continuing education; and a supportive team environment. Requirements

• At least 1 year of CNA experience is preferred.
• Valid I-9 documentation.
• Ability to pass an extensive background check.
• COVID-19 vaccination is recommended.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Assist with transfers using proper body mechanics, gait belts, and Hoyer lifts.
• Provide companionship and engage clients in social activities.
• Perform general housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Respond to emergencies and report changes in clients’ health.
• Transport clients to appointments.
• Provide advanced care as instructed by the nursing team.
