About The Position

Silverado Franklin is hiring a Caregiver to provide hands-on support to residents living with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and other memory-impairing conditions. The role emphasizes compassionate, reliable care and relationship-building to help residents experience dignity and joy. Caregivers work in a team-focused environment and support residents in a safe, respectful, and engaging setting. This is a full-time NOC-shift position scheduled Thursday through Saturday. The anticipated pay range is $18–$20 USD. Offers are contingent on a background check, drug screening, physical, and TB testing if applicable. Silverado uses E-Verify to confirm work authorization.

Requirements

High school diploma, GED, or educational equivalent preferred.
Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards.
Effective verbal and written communication in English.
Ability to perform an active role involving walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
Comfort working around animals and pets.

Nice To Haves

Experience caring for individuals with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or other debilitating conditions; preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care and assistance with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and dining.
Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members.
Support residents with memory impairments in a safe, respectful, and engaging environment.
Maintain accurate care records and report changes to the nursing team.
