Caregiver Needed 12 Hour Shifts
About The Position
Caring Senior Service is seeking compassionate, dependable, and professional caregivers to help seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. Caregivers support clients according to their needs and help provide families with peace of mind. The role emphasizes respectful, person-centered care, meaningful companionship, and communication with the team. The employer values caregivers’ observations and feedback, recognizes their work, and offers opportunities to learn, develop, and take on more responsibility as the team grows. Positions serve Whitney, Hillsboro, and surrounding Hill County communities. The posting lists overnight shifts from 8 p.m. to 8 a.m. seven days a week, while also noting flexible scheduling based on client needs and availability. Pay is $14–$16 per hour.

- Experience caring for a family member.
Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and conversation.
- Prepare meals.
- Perform light housekeeping.
- Assist with personal care and hygiene.
- Assist with dressing and grooming.
- Provide mobility and transfer assistance.
- Give medication reminders.
- Assist with errands and transportation.
- Provide support to clients with Alzheimer's disease and dementia.
- Help seniors maintain safety, comfort, independence, and dignity in their homes.
- Communicate observations, ideas, and feedback to the team.
