Weekend Caregiver with HOYER experience. Urgent need!
About The Position
Senior Helpers of NW Indiana is seeking a weekend caregiver to work Saturdays from 9:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m., with an ASAP start. The caregiver will provide companionship and assist clients with personal hygiene, activities of daily living, and other non-medical care needs. The caregiver must follow the client care plan and provide updates as needed. The company provides services ranging from specialized care for people with chronic diseases to companion services. Its mission is to provide compassionate care and improve the quality of life of clients and their families. Requirements
- At least 6 months of adult caregiving experience.
- HOYER lift experience is required.
- Ability to organize and prioritize assigned tasks.
- Clean driving record, valid driver's license, and current car insurance.
Responsibilities
- Provide caring companionship.
- Assist with personal hygiene care and activities of daily living.
- Assist with non-medical care needs.
- Follow the client care plan and provide updates as needed.
