About The Position
Right at Home is urgently hiring Caregivers, Certified Nursing Assistants, and Home Health Aides in Columbiana, Alabama. The role provides compassionate, hands-on support to clients in their homes, helping them with daily activities. Shifts are 10 a.m.–7 p.m. and 10 a.m.–3 p.m. The position offers flexible scheduling, consistent support, and a positive work environment. Starting pay is $13–$15 per hour, with weekly pay and an optional daily pay feature through TapCheck.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Driver’s license and a vehicle.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Ability to lift at least 25 pounds.
Nice To Haves
- Some caregiving experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care and other daily activities.
- Prepare meals and perform cleaning tasks.
- Assist clients with mobility.
- Provide medication reminders.
- Provide transportation and companionship.
