Machine Operator - Urgent Need
About The Position
The Machine Operator performs routine production functions, including filling, utility operations, packing, packaging, assembling, labeling, and inspecting, under general supervision. The role maintains accurate records and logs in accordance with FDA requirements, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and ISO 9000 standards. The operator works under direct supervision, follows standard operating procedures and routine practices, and makes decisions as required by the position. The role supports team goals, communicates effectively with coworkers and the Team Lead or Supervisor, and may rotate among different tasks and responsibilities.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to read, write, interpret, and comprehend specifications written in English.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations.
- Effective communication skills sufficient to communicate with coworkers and the Team Lead or Supervisor.
- Ability to work flexible and/or extended hours and report to work regularly and punctually.
- Ability to work well with others in a team environment.
- Willingness to rotate into different tasks and responsibilities.
