About The Position
Freedom Caregivers is hiring a caregiver to provide home-based assistance and companionship to clients in Smithville, Ohio. The role offers full-time and part-time schedules on the evening shift. The employer provides training, support, and opportunities to develop a career in healthcare. HHA or STNA certification is preferred but not required; at least one year of previous caregiver experience is required. Caregivers help clients with daily living activities, promote their independence, and support them in living safely and comfortably in their own homes. The position requires a valid Ohio driver’s license, reliable transportation, proof of auto insurance, the ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening, and the physical ability to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 50 pounds. Requirements
- At least one year of previous experience as a caregiver.
- Valid Ohio driver’s license.
