About The Position

Benchmark is seeking compassionate LNA/HHA/PCAs to provide care to residents in a warm, comfortable, home-like environment. The role is offered full time on days or evenings, as well as part time on days or evenings. Schedules listed are full-time evenings from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. and part-time days from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. or evenings from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. The position includes assisting residents with daily living, documenting care, reporting changes, and providing meaningful engagement and emotional support.

A valid CNA, HHA, or LNA license is required, though Benchmark will train the right person who does not have certification. Experience in skilled nursing or assisted living is preferred but not required; prior experience working with people with dementia is desired.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Document care provided and report changes in residents’ health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support.
• Use customer service skills to ensure residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Perform other duties as needed.
