About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring Home Health Aides to care for clients throughout Cape Cod. The role offers a range of shift lengths, from short 1–4-hour shifts to longer 8–16-hour shifts, with flexible scheduling and opportunities to work available hours that fit the caregiver’s availability. Work locations are available throughout Cape Cod, and caregivers can select the towns in which they would like to work. BAYADA offers paid training for people who are not yet certified and describes its work environment as stable and supportive, with 24/7 on-call manager support. Home Health Aides provide one-on-one support to clients, including assistance with activities of daily living and personal care. Depending on client needs, the aide may also help with light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, errands, ambulation, and medications. Requirements

One year of verifiable work experience in any industry.
A Home Health Aide (HHA) certificate or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license.
