About The Position

24 Hour Home Care is hiring a caregiver to support clients of all ages, including children, teenagers, and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, in their homes. The caregiver provides attentive, compassionate care to help clients live safely and independently, follows client care plans, and shares updates as needed. The role requires commuting to Rosemead and working Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Pay is assignment-based and may vary with client location and services; the expected California pay rate for current assignments is $16.90–$19 USD.

Requirements

• Provide contact information for two references who can attest to caregiving experience.
• Provide identification documents that comply with I-9 requirements.
• Provide proof of a negative TB test; the company covers the cost for eligible candidates if needed.
• Commute reliably to work or have plans to relocate before the start date; a reliable commute is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, including bathing, grooming, toileting, and transfers.
• Prepare meals.
• Provide companionship.
• Perform light housekeeping.
