Caregiver (PCA, HHA, CNA) - Visiting Angels
About The Position
Visiting Angels is hiring a Personal Care Aide (PCA), Home Health Aide (HHA), or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to assist seniors in the Cross Junction, Virginia area. Caregivers support clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, ambulation, transferring, and medication reminders. They also help with errands and shopping, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and friendly companionship and conversation. The available schedule is part-time and recurs weekly, Monday through Friday, between 11:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Additional work hours may be added. Visiting Angels offers flexible scheduling with part-time or full-time shifts, competitive pay, mileage reimbursement, a 401(k) with matching, end-of-year bonuses, supportive administration, and hands-on, in-the-field, and classroom training.
Requirements
- Provide two professional references.
- Pass a background check.
- Have a reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license.
- Be authorized to work in the United States.
- Pass a drug screening.
- Have CNA certification and/or license, Personal Care Aide certification, or Home Health Aide certification.
Responsibilities
