About The Position

Griswold Home Care is hiring compassionate, dedicated, and reliable caregivers to help veterans, seniors, and other community members maintain their independence, safety, comfort, and quality of life in their own homes. The role serves clients throughout the Westfield territory, including Westfield, Southwick, West Springfield, Huntington, and Chester. Caregivers assist clients with daily living needs and provide high-quality in-home care. Hours vary according to client needs and caregiver availability. Pay varies based on licensure and experience, with base pay starting at $19.00 per hour. Overnight and weekend shift differentials are available, and the agency offers opportunities to increase pay and advance. Caregivers can accrue vacation and sick time for every 30 hours worked; flexible scheduling opportunities may be available. Availability every other weekend is required.

Nice To Haves
