About The Position
Azura of Fox Point is hiring compassionate and dependable Caregivers for full-time and part-time positions. No previous caregiving experience or CBRF certification is required. We provide paid training and the support you need to succeed. Our Fox Point memory care community features smaller, household-style neighborhoods where Caregivers can build meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable
- Comfortable providing hands-on personal care
- Able to assist residents with mobility and transfers
- Available to work every other weekend
- Able to complete required caregiver background and health screenings
Nice To Haves
- No previous caregiving experience or CBRF certification required
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and meals
- Provide companionship, encouragement, and emotional support
- Help residents participate in meaningful daily activities
- Observe and communicate changes in residents' needs
- Maintain a safe, comfortable, and home-like environment
- Work closely with fellow Team Members to provide compassionate memory care
