Caregiver Needed for Weekends Saturdays 9a-12p, 5p-9p and Sundays 3p-9p
About The Position
Right At Home is seeking compassionate, dependable caregivers to provide non-medical in-home care and companionship to seniors and adults with disabilities. Caregivers support clients in maintaining independence by assisting with daily living activities and providing respectful, personalized care. The position serves client homes throughout Columbus and surrounding communities, with the listed location in London, Ohio. Requirements
- Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and assist with transfers when necessary.
Nice To Haves
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
- Current auto insurance if transporting clients.
- Previous caregiving, home health, assisted living, or nursing home experience is preferred but not required.
- CPR and First Aid Certification are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and transfers.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.
- Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and linen changes.
- Provide medication reminders; do not administer medication unless authorized.
- Escort clients to appointments and errands.
- Monitor and report changes in a client's condition.
- Maintain accurate documentation of services provided.
- Follow company policies, HIPAA regulations, and client care plans.
- Promote a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment.
