About The Position

At Sunrise Senior Living, Caregivers provide hands-on support to residents while building meaningful relationships and helping improve seniors’ quality of life. The role involves supporting residents’ personal care, safety, dignity, independence, and participation in daily activities. In Memory Care, Caregivers help create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.

Starting pay is $18.50 per hour based on relevant experience. The listed pay range is $16.05–$20.10 per hour.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• CPR/First Aid certification, or ability to obtain it.
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes.
• Promote residents’ safety, dignity, and independence.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
