About The Position
Always Best Care Senior Services is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to support clients in Vinings/Smyrna, Georgia, and surrounding areas. The role provides assistance with clients’ daily activities to promote their independence and well-being. The company describes itself as a provider of in-home care services for seniors, focused on improving clients’ quality of life.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Caregiver or in a similar role.
- Valid CPR and First Aid certifications.
- Two references are required.
- Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients.
- Physical stamina and strength to perform the duties of the role.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Proof of a clear TB test taken within the last year.
Nice To Haves
- CNA, HHA, and BLS/CPR training are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Provide medication reminders and assistance with medication management.
- Prepare and serve meals according to dietary restrictions.
- Assist clients with mobility and transfers.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
- Engage clients in conversation and provide companionship.
- Monitor and report changes in clients’ conditions to the appropriate supervisor.
