About The Position

The role serves HUMBLE, KINGWOOD, and surrounding areas. The Caregiver provides personal care, medication reminders, meal preparation, mobility assistance, companionship, and support in maintaining a clean and safe environment. The position requires communicating and building rapport with clients, monitoring changes in their condition, and reporting them to the appropriate supervisor. Requirements
- Previous experience as a Caregiver or in a similar role.
- Provide two references.
- Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients.
- Physical stamina and strength to perform the duties of the role.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to pass a background check.
Nice To Haves
- CNA, HHA, and BLS/CPR training are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Provide medication reminders and assistance with medication management.
- Prepare and serve meals according to dietary restrictions.
- Assist clients with mobility and transfers.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
- Engage clients in conversation and provide companionship.
- Monitor and report changes in clients’ conditions to the appropriate supervisor.
