About The Position

Home Helpers Home Care of Sarasota is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide in-home support to seniors in Port Charlotte. Caregivers help clients maintain their routines, independence, and comfort at home through personal care, companionship, meal preparation, transportation, light housekeeping, and other assistance. The role involves following individualized care plans and communicating professionally with clients’ families and office staff.

The position offers flexible full-time or part-time scheduling, primarily on weekday day shifts, with one-on-one client care. Initial and ongoing training, performance incentives, travel reimbursement, career growth opportunities, and support from the office team are offered. The position pays $17.00–$19.00 per hour.

This is an independently owned and operated franchise. Applications go directly to the franchisee, which makes all hiring decisions.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Clean driving record.
• Access to a smartphone and email.
• Professional caregiving experience is preferred; experienced caregivers with or without CNA/HHA certification are encouraged to apply.
