About The Position

Home Helpers Home Care of Sarasota is seeking compassionate caregivers in Venice to provide personalized support and companionship to seniors in their homes. The role offers flexible scheduling around caregiver availability, with full-time and part-time opportunities depending on client needs. Many current shifts are during weekday daytime hours. Pay is $17–$19 per hour. The position includes one-on-one client care and opportunities for performance incentives, travel reimbursement, and career growth.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Clean driving record.
• Access to a smartphone and email.
