About The Position

Home Helpers Home Care of Sarasota is seeking compassionate and dependable caregivers to support seniors in their homes and help them maintain comfort, dignity, and independence. The role provides one-on-one client care and may include part-time work or additional hours, with flexible scheduling based on caregiver availability and client needs. Many current opportunities are during weekday daytime hours. Caregivers receive initial and ongoing training and work with a supportive office team in a friendly, supportive atmosphere. Compensation is $17–$19 per hour, with performance incentives and travel reimbursement. Career growth opportunities are available.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Clean driving record.
• Access to a smartphone and email.
• Professional caregiving experience is preferred; experienced caregivers with or without CNA/HHA certification are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living and personal care.
• Provide companionship.
• Prepare meals.

• Communicate professionally with families and office staff.
