About The Position

Right at Home is hiring compassionate, dependable Caregivers to support clients in Little Rock and Hot Springs. Caregivers assist with activities of daily living, light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, transportation, companionship, emotional support, and dementia care. Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Recent TB screening.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for transporting clients.

Nice To Haves

• CNA, HHA, or PCA certification, or equivalent Caregiver experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.
• Provide light housekeeping, including laundry, dishes, vacuuming, and general tidying.
• Prepare meals and provide medication reminders.
• Transport clients to appointments and errands.
• Offer companionship, emotional support, and dementia care.
