Requirements

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care including Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, feeding, transfers and safely walking.
• Support household tasks including Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADL's) such as meal preparation and clean up after meals, laundry, changing bed linens, light housekeeping, vacuum and general tidying.
• Provide friendly companionship, conversation and emotional support.
• Run errands, take client shopping or to appointments (as needed).
• Medication reminders.
• Observe and report changes in the client's physical condition, behavior or appearance.
