Full Time Caregiver (NOC)

About The Position

Silverado Beverly Place is hiring a full-time Caregiver to provide hands-on support to residents living with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and other memory-impairing conditions. The role involves compassionate assistance with daily living, building relationships, and helping residents live with dignity and joy in a safe, respectful, and engaging environment. Caregivers maintain accurate care records and report changes to the nursing team. This is a NOC shift position with a schedule of four days on and two days off, from 10:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. The anticipated pay range is $20–$23 per hour. Employment offers are contingent on a background check, drug screening, physical, and TB testing if applicable.

Requirements

High school diploma, GED, or educational equivalent preferred.
Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards.
Effective verbal and written English communication skills.
Ability to walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
Comfort working around animals and pets.

Nice To Haves

Experience caring for individuals with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or other debilitating conditions; preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care and assistance with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and dining.
